Message from Brad

Godmen 2 is over! It seems to have been an amazing event and the guys in attendance were blown away. We had Good Morning America there as well as Nightline. I will be on Good Morning America this Thurs morning so tune in. We are also getting ready to launch this nationwide so hope to see you all there (if you're a guy) in the future. We'll have pictures up on our site Godmen.org soon. Later, brad

Where have you guys been-I don't consider myself a 'bad guy', but without Pantera, beer and fistfights, I'd have never made it through high school. It's an encouraging notion, that Homer J. can be loved by God as much as his neighbor Flanders. Hope to see you in my neighborhood soon, keep up the good work.

I saw a bit of the GMA show which had the interview with Brad. So, christianity is the only religeon that teaches one to love thy enemy? Once again another christian puts his/her foot in their mouth. What a foolish statement you made. Brad, you're just another goon trying to promote your crappy christian band with a crappy gimmick. Why don't you actually apply the teachings of Jesus Christ and do the world some good instead of making a fool of yourself on national television promoting your band. You are one of the many reasons why the world hates Americans 'you are fake fake fake.

I watcehd you appear on Good Morning America and I've seen you peform your comedy act at church and ejoyed it. I believe you are tapping into something that men undoubtly need. To speak openly and honestly about the real issues that stumble them like pornography and lust. The church as a whole is abit afraid of being really transparent. You have a real opportunity here. I pray you teach a balanced gospel to these men and don't create another injustice to their lives. Jesus was loving and firm, he had righteous anger perfect in it's direction at it's teaching. I know that many men need to still be men and Jesus the whole Jesus was a true example of that.
I will be praying for you.

    Your Sister in Christ

Brad, I am greatful that God doesn't require us to be a part of your "movement" (or maybe I should ask you if he does). I do not believe God "expects" us to be door mats for anyone, but he does expect us to strive for being respectful of others, as he was.
Romans 12:9-18 "Honor one another above yourselves...Do not be proud, do not be conceited...If it is posssible, as far as it depends on you live at peace with everyone." Today's proud "macho guy" image does not mix well with the value of humbleness in his teachings and ultimate death.

I am a Christian and a big-city police officer. Every day I must immerse myself in the worst of the world and sometimes it seems that the two clash. So far, though, I am finding comfort in your ideas. I will be following this with interest.

Brad: Keep it up, God is using you and the others to reach men, I believe that what ever you do to glorify Christ and help build the kingdom of God you will reach men of faith. God Bless brother and thanks for the up lift. Stay focused.

Praise the Lord!!!...I saw the program on TV and had a few thoughts. I must preface this by saying I'm not a Conservative Christian, but I'm Christian nevertheless...I often told my wife for the need of this kind of ministry, but I was struck by the fact that the only men in the confrence were conservative and white....I wonder if you plan to reach out to minority communities...I have a ministry in Harrisburg, Pa and would love to assist you in this...Please contact me at new_covanent_ministry@yahoo.com
